What is a dELiA*s Gift Card/E-Gift Card?
A dELiA*s Gift Card comes in two forms: a plastic card and an e-mailed E-Gift Card. Both types of cards work similar to a debit card and may be applied to dELiA*s purchases as further described below, up to the amount for which it was issued, including merchandise, shipping charges (for online and phone orders) and taxes.

Gift Cards are available in 2 stylish designs. The Gift Card arrives in our signature Gift Card folder with our latest catalog and includes your own personal message.

E-Gift Cards are available in 6 designs (wow!) and are delivered via e-mail.

Where can I use a dELiA*s Gift Card?
Gift Cards are redeemable online at dELiAs*com, by phone and in dELiA*s stores. E-Gift Cards are only redeemable online at dELiAs*com and by phone (800.335.4269).
When is my Gift Card activated?

How do I redeem a dELiA*s Gift Card/E-Gift Card?
For online orders, check the box in your shopping bag for "Gift Card/Gift Certificate." At checkout, enter the Gift Card/E-Gift Card number and 4-digit PIN code in the appropriate fields (scratch off the PIN box on the plastic gift card to see your code or look for your PIN on the E-Gift card).

When ordering by phone, your Customer Sales Representative will ask you for your Gift Card/E-Gift Card number and PIN code.

At a dELiA*s store, simply present the plastic Gift Card to your Sales Associate at checkout. The cashier swipes the Gift Card through the register, which deducts the amount from your card. Done and done! Just remember that E-Gift Cards are only redeemable online or by phone.
Can more than one method of payment be applied toward a purchase?
At stores, dELiA*s Gift Cards may be used in conjunction with credit cards or cash. For online and phone orders, dELiA*s Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards or Certificates may be used with credit cards. Sorry, Gift Cards and Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed towards the same order.
How many Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards can I use towards one purchase?
There is no restriction on how many Gift Cards you can use during a transaction at dELiA*s stores. Please note that E-Gift cards are not redeemable at retail locations. For phone and online orders, you may use up to 7 dELiA*s Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards. Gift Cards and Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed towards the same order.
Gift Card/E-Gift Card Delivery
Plastic Gift Cards are usually sent via USPS Priority Mail, within 24 hours of your order. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. E-Gift Cards are sent via e-mail and usually arrive in the lucky recipient's in-box within 24 hours. Please note that a number of factors could prevent an E-Gift Card from being delivered, such as an invalid e-mail address or a spam filter. If we are notified that an E-Gift Card has not been delivered, we will gladly issue a new card.
How can I check the balance on my Gift Card or E-Gift Card?
You can quickly and easily check your balance online at dELiAs*cOm/GIFTCARD, at any .dELiA*s store, or by calling 800.324.9984.
Can I add to the balance remaining on my Gift Card?
Sorry, this option is not currently available.
Do dELiA*s Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards expire?
No. As long as there is value remaining on the Gift Card it will not expire and the unused balance remains on the card until spent.
How do I return merchandise purchased with a Gift Card/E-Gift Card?
For store purchases, return the merchandise along with the receipt to any dELiA*s store. You will be issued a store credit valid at any dELiA*s store at any time. For online and phone orders, return the merchandise to the address on the back of your invoice and you will be issued a new gift card.
Can I replace a lost or stolen Gift Card or E-Gift Card?
If lost or stolen, a dELiA*s Gift Card or E-Gift Card cannot be replaced without the original sales receipt.
What happens if I accidentally delete the e-mail message that contained an E-Gift Card?
Give us a call at 888.481.1339, and we'll resend the e-mail.
How can I be sure that the E-Gift Card I sent has been received?
Most E-Gift Cards are delivered successfully within 24 hours of your order. A number of factors could prevent an E-Gift Card from being delivered, such as an invalid e-mail address or a spam filter. If we are notified that an E-Gift Card has not been delivered, don't worry, we will issue a new card. The best way to ensure an E-Gift Card has been received is to check with the sure-to-be happy recipient.
Terms and Conditions
dELiA*s Gift Cards/E-Cards (each a "Card") are redeemable for merchandise and applicable towards shipping and taxes at the time of checkout. A Card is not a debit/credit card, has no implied warranties and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Card carries no expiration date and will be voided if altered or defaced. If lost or stolen, the Card cannot be replaced without the original sales receipt. Replacement value will be the value of the Card at the time you report the loss or theft. Use of the Card constitutes acceptance of its terms and conditions. The terms and conditions of the Card are governed by applicable state laws. Cards may not be resold without the express written permission of the issuer.
