Eligibility
Contest void where prohibited or restricted by law. Open to legal residents of the U.S. (other than residents of Rhode Island), and Puerto Rico. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Persons under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian in order to enter the contest. Children under 13 are not eligible to enter the contest via internet or mail.
Employees of dELiA*s Inc. and their affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies, and their respective directors, officers, related companies, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and their families or those persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter.
How to Enter
Contest starts on August 7, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. and ends on September 1, 2008, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. All entries must be received by September 1, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries become the exclusive property of dELiA*s. None will be returned.
Limit one entry per person per e-mail address. Where a dispute arises about who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. You can be entered only once. Multiple entries will be disregarded.
By entering, contest participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these official contest rules.
Prize
12 certificates redeemable for 12 pairs of either Chuck Taylor All Star Core Hi or All Star Core Ox Converse Sneakers. Retail value of prize is $540 ($45 value of each certificate). Shipping charges for the Sneakers is included, winner is not responsible for shipping charges. Any federal, state, local and provincial taxes due on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions of prizes for other prizes, cash or credit is permitted except by dELiA*s in its sole and absolute discretion, in the event of prize unavailability or otherwise. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian. Converse will send all 12 certificates at one time to winner.
Winner
The winning entry will be selected in a random drawing held on or before September 15, 2008. The odds of winning the prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. All decisions of dELiA*s are final and binding. The winner will be notified by e-mail or U.S. mail within 15 days of the drawing. Only the winner will be notified. Winner will have 10 days from date of notification to accept the prize by email or U.S. mail to the address specified in the notification.
Winner (or winner's parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and where lawful, a publicity release, all within 10 days of receiving such documents from dELiA*s. Noncompliance within this time period, failure to accept the prize within the time period stated above, or return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected at dELiA*s sole discretion.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information and statements for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in perpetuity and worldwide, in any and all media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The name of the winner or a copy of the Official Rules can be obtained by sending a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope (residents of Vermont, Canada, and Puerto Rico may omit return postage), which must be received after September 15, 2008, to:

dELiA*s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or cancel the contest at any time if technical problems corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest. In such event, dELiA*s may select winners in a random drawing from among all entries received for the contest prior to the suspension or cancellation.
