dELiA*s accepts the following:

PayPal is exclusively available for online purchases. PayPal cannot be used at dELiA*s stores and cannot be applied for or used over the phone.

To pay for your online order with your PayPal account, choose the PayPal option on the Billing Review page and click the Continue button. You will automatically proceed to to complete your payment. Once you have reviewed and verified your PayPal information, click the Continue button to return to Alloy and complete your purchase.

Returns to our fulfillment center will be credited back to your PayPal account. If you are exchanging an order paid with PayPal and use the UPS Prepaid Label, please include a credit card number, money order or check to cover the fee - $5.95 for the exchange of 1 item and $6.95 for 2 or more items. You can also send the item back to us using any other traceable method. Once we receive your package, we will process your return/exchange.

Rates for regular shipping (10 days) to addresses in the United States are based upon the total cost of your merchandise. * Additional handling charge will be applied to free shipping orders. Free shipping offer is valid for the U.S. only.

You will be charged shipping & handling only once. Any subsequent backorder item shipped in a separate package will not incur an additional shipping & handling charge. There are express options available at an additional cost. These charges are in addition to the regular charges listed above: 3-5 day for $7.95 extra (to AK, HI and PR: $10 extra); 2nd business day for $11.95 extra (not available to AK, HI and PR); overnight for $16.95 extra (not available to AK, HI and PR); Saturday delivery for $26.95 extra (not available in all areas). Overnight shipping and Saturday delivery are not available to residents of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. However, 3-5 day is available for an additional $10. Express shipping is NOT available to P.O. Boxes, for out-of-stock items, or for some oversized items like furniture. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas.

International customers can order online. With the exception of Canada, all international orders are held until all items are in-stock and can be shipped complete. Upon shipment, please allow 7-15 business days for delivery. Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. All orders must be in US $ funds. We do not offer express delivery to Canadian or international addresses. Free shipping offer is valid for the U.S. orders only.

By ordering goods from dELiA's I hereby authorize UPS SCS Inc chosen by dELiA's to act as my agent, and to transact business with the CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency) to clear my merchandise and account for duties and taxes.

For residents/consumers outside the province of Ontario you will have to self-assess with your provincial Gov't for PST.

For Ontario residents PST will be collected and remitted to CBSA along with Duty and taxes (GST, Excise tax if applicable).

For residents of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland/Labrador HST will be collected and remitted on your behalf as well as duty and taxes (GST and Excise tax if applicable).
Backorder Status BACK TO TOP
If you add an item to your cart and a message is displayed that the item is on Backorder, and a future date is presented, the item is expected to be available on the given date. You may order that item and it will be shipped when it arrives in our warehouse. If you are paying by credit card, you won't be billed until the item is shipped. We do not offer express delivery for backordered items.
What does "Not Available" mean? BACK TO TOP
When you add an item to your cart and a message is displayed that the item is Not Available, and no backorder date is presented, it means that the item is sold out and we will be unable to ship that item

Please send us an email, with your complete OLD mailing address and your complete NEW mailing address including your name, street address, city, state and zip code. We will respond via email when the change has been made. Once you have been removed from the mailing list, it may take up to three months to stop receiving further catalogs.
Online only/Catalog only specials BACK TO TOP
dELiA*s has offers and specials - some that are for phone/mail-only purchases and some that are for online-only. Be sure to understand the requirements for each special offer and that you are ordering in the right place. If you see a special offer that is for online orders only, but have to order over the phone or through the mail for some reason, you will not receive the special offer.

How do I order gift wrap? BACK TO TOP
To order gift wrap, click "add gift wrap" in your shopping cart. Each box fits one item, so you should select gift wrap for every item you want wrapped. If you choose gift wrap service, we'll wrap it for you! Gift wrap service costs $5.00 per item. If you choose gift wrap kit, we'll send you what you need to wrap it yourself. Each gift wrap kit costs $3.50.

You will have two choices for Gift Wrap during checkout – Gift Wrap Service or Gift Wrap Kit. If you choose the Kit, you'll get a dELiA*s box with tissue, ribbon and a card with your message on it. Each Gift-Wrap Kit is $3.50. If you choose the Service, you will get all that comes in the kit AND we'll wrap it for you. Gift-Wrap Service is $5.00 per item. To send gifts to multiple addresses, please place separate orders. Some items/accessories cannot be gift packaged.

When choosing your gift wrap service, you will be able to input the recipient's name and customize your own special message to be included.
How do I remove an item from my cart? BACK TO TOP
When viewing your cart you will see a "REMOVE" button next to each item. Click "REMOVE" for whichever item you want out of your cart. You will see your cart displayed again, without that item.
Do I have to use a credit card online? BACK TO TOP
For now, you have to use a credit card online or sign up for a debit account like RocketCash or DoughNet using a parent's or guardian's credit card (click to the top for information on these two services). We cannot accept checks or money orders for orders placed online.
Can I order from an old catalog? BACK TO TOP
You can order from any catalog, old or new, provided the item is in stock. You can check if an item is in stock by entering the item number in the space provided at the top right of the dELiAs*cOm homepage and shop page. After you enter in the item number and the name of the product is called up on your screen, click to add it to your cart. At that point you will be informed if the item is available.
