HOW DO I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM THE CART?
Click on the "my bag" link on the top right of our site. There is a "REMOVE" button located to the right of the price for each product.

CAN I ORDER FROM AN OLD CATALOG?
Many of our items are available past the delivery month of a catalog, but the fastest way to check if a product is in stock is to search delias.com by the style number. This is the six-digit number located in the catalog description.

CAN I REDEEM A dELiA*S gift card from 2014 or earlier?
We will unfortunately not be able to honor gift cards from this time period.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FROM 2014 OR EARLIER?
We unfortunately cannot accept returns from this time period.

MY ORDER WON'T GO THROUGH
IIf you're receiving an error message when trying to place an order, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing/shipping address, or the code you used.
